im into sports nowadays.nt sure why.each day after work, i will nv fail to make myself go jog go swim go play bball, go cycle and stuff. no matter hw tired im, still i will tell myself "yOu mus do it.." been improving on my stamina ba..i think it getting better.im nt sure either.muhahaz.=]
had a bad day at work.din really show it but then quite upseting la.the job that we completed last week was being thrown away.Yesh into the rubbish bin.so ke xi.learn to be more caution when dealing with things.be more careful and if wanan do then do it properly.
